我是跟剛開始要堅持訓練的新手大概持續了2個禮拜伏地挺身+仰臥起坐我伏地挺身是用伏地挺身器做的大概都做15x512x6手就軟了要繼續嗎還是休息??感覺量還不夠是需要透過時間去增加的還是手軟還可以繼續增加組數??-問一下蝴蝶繡的部分可以透過伏地挺身訓練嗎要闊的還是窄的??...Showmore
