最近作伏地挺身已經沒什麼感覺了50下已內都很輕鬆總覺得肌肉沒什麼成長家裡沒器材想說背包包在裡面放雅玲練了幾天卻發現我的背在痛這樣我還要繼續練ㄇ==?還是有沒有更好的方法能練雙手肌肉的?
