我是個夜校生平常白天在睡覺晚上讀書11-7點工作半夜平常我會用啞鈴(5公斤)一隻手舉200下練手腕的肌肉練到我身邊的人都說手臂很粗了!!而後我就轉移到練伏地挺身我是平常每天都做40下伏地挺身但一個禮拜我會挑兩天來做400下我的步驟是醬子的每次伏地挺身我都是已40下為單位每做完40下我就會休息15��
