真的可以練胸肌嗎!?我每天做50下但是手臂有結實了一點點,不過還是稍稍軟軟的==...至於胸肌,有點會動了,但是還是很像女生的小胸部(太多墜肉)我祇做伏地挺身而已,仰臥起坐沒有做我單槓一下都做不起來我同學單槓拉很多下,但是力氣卻書我我身高176,體重90公斤拉單槓跟體重有關係嗎!?是不是因為我太重�
