我本身每天晚上都會做仰臥起坐100下伏地挺身(胸肌)20下(背肌)20下舉20P的啞鈴左右手各10下.....可是我是國3要升上高一的學生,應該還是發育的階段(吧?)而且我每一個朋友都在那邊說降會長不高.....爾且我週遭有肌肉的朋友也都是矮冬瓜=_= 而且我發現從我開始練肌肉訓練之後(3下前半段)長高的速度就
