我做仰臥起坐的時候..是那種做一下就很吃力的那種...做仰臥起坐不是都是雙手扶臉頰..然後開始做嗎...可是為什麼我在平地的時候就那麼難做...在地墊上就比較好做一點..有差嗎...請問仰臥起坐該怎麼練起來呢?....有什麼方法嗎....還有伏地挺身我頂多也只能做到10幾下...請問要怎麼練起來呢....我一質拼�
