自由式的腳板要一直打直嗎?還是腳往下時打直,往上放鬆?為甚麼手用了很多力氣感覺還是速度不快(有在做伏地挺身)?要怎麼練肌肉收縮速度?上半身要刻意提高嗎?大學怎麼加入泳隊?25米自由式游19秒(自己測的)算慢嗎?
