我身高178體重47準備身高一Q1我想練身體,但是我伏地挺身都做不起來,要如何改善呢??((我骨架算瘦的!!!Q2人家說練體能要多吃高蛋白的食物,那有甚麼食物是高蛋白的??((要常見的食物喔EX香蕉謝謝各位大大!!!
