目前正在練手臂力剛開始伏地挺身20下目前增加到44下(1天增兩下)發現這樣會造成沒力撐住(目前還可以撐.怕以後沒辦法)但還是得先撐下去.目前國三如何有效率又有鍛鍊到?怕有所謂的姿勢不正確白鍛鍊不過我做到手都沒力撐到快90度免強有練到吧?...Showmore
