個人資料:國二下身高18X體重101視力175我想問如果我想減肥每天每節下課都跑操場一圈然後睡前+仰臥起坐*50伏地挺身*10這樣配如何呢早餐晚餐不是我能決定的中餐要吃午餐公司的便當還是學校自己賣的午餐(沒啥青菜)或是只吃麵包?(可否幫我找一種既能不胖又健康的吃法)PS:目前是吃學校做的午餐,常常便
