開始做仰臥起坐1個多月了朋友教我-腿部要彎曲身體要平躺碰觸到地面再起身雙手交叉放在胸部起身時手臂碰到膝蓋這樣算一下我都是把腳踝放在床頭那邊的小木棍那邊支撐因為如果沒有固定真的做不起來剛開始10-30...做5分鐘後休息一下...每天滿70-80下最近幾星期已經習慣了...可以一次做70-90下...不過做�
