因為伏地挺身練久覺得無聊,所以2個月前我想到利用牆壁倒立上去雙腳靠牆,然後一樣做下壓的動作,請問這樣練有效果嗎?我覺得我兩手耐力增加了,但是二頭肌沒有明顯的變大耶..而且這樣會長不高嗎?因為是下壓的姿勢我會擔心長不高...另外假如在班上把肌肉現出來的話..會不會有人覺得你很愛現啊
