做仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身之前的熱身要做些什麼還有我仰臥起坐一口氣可以做40下可是已經很久了還有我俯地挺身一口氣可以做50下可是已經很久了有什麼辦法可以增加???可以的話境量不要分組做???還有仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身做完還要做些什麼來舒緩肌肉
