各位大大好我是剛升高二的男生身高177~178公分左右體重61~62公斤="=我這樣是不是有點過瘦??我的胸部都沒有胸肌腹部也是沒有肌肉每次跟朋友去游泳都會有種自卑感="=手臂(手肘到肩膀這部份)也是一樣瘦瘦的只有一點點肌肉看起來好醜好像竹竿="=不過力氣好像不算小...請問各位大大除了伏地挺身
