我自己有在重力訓練,因為我想練投手。我沒有教練,我都採自主訓練。每天做重力訓練時我會先做伸展操拉筋(不是國小升普通的拉拉手腳筋,稍為專業一點)再來是舉啞鈴(普通的舉法+上肩舉法,雙手一天差不多總共兩百下左右,今天就舉了210下。)舉啞鈴的次數慢慢增加中最後是伏地挺身(一天平均七�
