想請問一下~我想讓肌肉變大塊點~目前175/63~平常會有伏地挺身~(早中晚餐前先做~下午跟晚上也做~)目前是慢慢加到一次做69下伏地體身~做完馬上喝保久乳(蛋白質好像是8吧)~但是有個疑問~大家都說健身要吃乳清淡白才有效~那跟奶粉的蛋白質是不同的嗎???請大大們幫幫忙~我不想忙了這麼久結果只是一場空=
