國一142公分現在國三168公分52公斤如提想練跳躍+肌肉+長高別影響身高的!!幫做個計畫表或是表達意見目前上課時間1~5早上7點~晚上10點六日早上9點到晚上5點下課時間跟體育課都會打球目前每天腳尖跳300下有買伏地挺身器伏地挺身60~100下交互蹲跳30下幾乎全身都想練給意見也可以感恩給意見也可以...Showmore
