各位大大好請問的是我在家練胸腹肌已有8個月ㄌ.胸肌只有稍微有線條出來.但是腹肌卻看不出來.我每天100下伏地挺身.跪姿滾輪50下.1.是不是不夠多還是怎樣.2.另外請教的是.要天天做嗎.還是要休息.如要休息的話是休息多久再做呢3..還有什麼方法增重呢.我176公分.66公斤.想再重一點.練的比較壯好看些.4.還
