現在體重72(之前9x)公斤我比較想練成微美線條的肌肉而不是太大塊的!線在有在慢跑,跳繩,啞鈴,伏地挺身,仰臥起坐,現在標準體重是62可以開始練肌肉了嗎?還是瘦到標準體重?(我知到練肌肉會變重)
