自家練胸.腹肌的疑問 - 伏地挺身

請問各位大大:我176公分66公斤.每天在家作伏地挺身100下及跪姿滾輪50下.已練8個月了.已稍有胸肌線條而已可是腹肌卻毫無線條出來.是不是方法錯誤.還是怎樣.要每天做ㄇ.還是要休幾天再做.請問各位有經驗ㄉ大大.
