我是一個國3要升高中的男生現在才172公分62公斤已經很久沒長高了聽別人都健身會影響身高我也不太清楚不過我偶爾都會作伏地挺身.仰臥起坐.舉啞鈴(8磅的)而且我是晚上睡前做也不知道從哪聽來說睡前坐不好因為生長是再睡眠中較快速剛作玩運動緊繃的肌肉就睡覺好像有影響??我大概都是仰臥起坐分2��
