小弟目前是大一生!身體看起來像排骨,但怎麼吃也吃不胖!(175CM56KG)想來練身體,但身邊只有一支16磅的啞鈴!怎麼安排每天該訓練的部位,組數/次數呢?但又礙於脊椎側彎48度,不知能不能做重量訓練,目前不想開刀,對開刀懷有恐懼,怕開完刀會時常肌肉無力冰冷的鋼釘跟隨一輩子,醫生也說沒壓到任��
