前天做伏地挺身才30下(雖然一年沒運動)胸肌一直抽筋到現在..怎半阿左胸一直抽只要舉起手就有感覺動作也不能太大是不是發生啥問題有這樣經驗的跟我分享一下怎麼治療紓解一下要不然真的受不了
