【10點】伏地挺身後做伸展操放鬆好嗎?每次做完伏地挺身後,都會再針對手臂做一點伸展運動來放鬆僵硬的肌肉。原因是這樣“似乎”比較不會有肌肉酸痛的後遺症。但不知道這樣做是否會帶來減分的效果呢?煩請指教,謝謝!...Showmore
