有在學跳舞,跳舞之前都會有暖身前幾天老師在暖身的步驟加了伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐為了鍛鍊我們的肌耐力仰臥起坐共50下1.屈膝雙手放耳旁..20下2.左腳屈膝,右腳抬起,手放耳旁..10下3.雙腳抬起,手放耳旁..10下4.雙腳抬起,手放開伸直..10下做1~2的時候都還撐得住做3~4的時候腹部開始沒力,反而用到脖子的力量��
