我每天都有仰臥起坐、舉啞鈴、伏地挺生、練摔角技巧(最近剛開始(學我同學的..))...我出拳很快=="不用出力用速度就會讓人很痛...出力的話通常...會於清1禮拜~2個月;可是我還是不滿意....因為有時比力氣還會輸=="....我雖然比較瘦41公斤..全班力氣最大..(國1)....要怎樣才能把力氣、力量、速度!!到極
