因為自身力氣過小,稍微重一點點的物品就覺得很重到拿不動,五年前開始學著健身,啞鈴從原本的五磅重(2Kg)練到15磅重(6Kg),一口氣能舉一百下,也天天吊單槓,一開始不是全伸直的能拉10下,練到全伸直能拉近30下,伏地挺身也做了近百下,但是五年後發現最明顯的不同只有身上多出幾塊肌肉�
