請問一下.....如果每天作伏地挺身每天舉亞鈴....這樣隊揮棒的速度以及力量會有所提身嘛???還有...腰力對於揮棒有佔很大的重要性嘛???還是說揮棒的力量.速度取決於手臂的力量???還有那個......要如何訓練手腕的力量???因為我感覺手腕對於揮棒速度.力量來講也是一個很重要的方式.......不好意思....問很多
