我是女生,目前升國一,身高我記得六年級下學期量是154,應該有增高的趨勢。目前我每天都在練肌肉(手臂肌肉),啞鈴一天共40下,4個動作,每個動作10下;加上伏地挺身每天10~15下,肌肉有一點點。可是我聽我朋友說練肌肉會長不高,到知識+來看的確有這麼一說。練肌肉的會長不高嗎?是練哪裡��
