因為力氣不是很大~而且伏地挺身實在是有點困難15下左右就很累了家裡除了擴胸器(拉的)沒別的@@1.擴胸器要怎麼使用?2.而且我很好奇如果腳在椅子上(大約手伸直時身體呈水平時)做久也會酸的@@這樣練的出來嗎?力氣可以變大嗎?3.假如正常版的扶地挺身我要從怎樣開始練@@?
