之前爬樓梯時沒踩好~不慎踩空導致腳脛骨前撞傷剛撞到腫很大~現在周圍都是瘀青~比較消了沒有扭傷~骨頭也沒異狀但跑步可能有點吃力而我又不想再家吃飽撐著~讓體能退化所以不知道有啥方法可以不刺激腳又可以增加體能的方法...Showmore
