如題我需要重量訓練跟練肌耐力我是一位高二生身高170體重85體重教練希望我保持在85以上((因為量級關係有在練跆拳道((並不是天天練的那種))目前家中有的訓練設施有啞鈴和腳上用的((裝沙包的那種可是有人說伏地挺身跟啞鈴不要再同一天做?為什麼不能同一天做呢?
