我現在170cm54kg(這身材會太瘦?)我目前舉大概4kg的啞鈴每天兩隻手各做80下左右請問這樣太多還是太少?另外多少天需要加幾下~舉的時候有沒有要注意甚麼?還有我買了一組握力器!我右手能整個按下去!但左手就不太行請問一天需要握幾下還是該怎麼握?是一直握著還是握放握放??P.S我不需要各個肌肉的練法~��
