都已經國1了伏地挺身連一夏都做不下去每天都會舉啞鈴(12)50下現在163CM48公斤每次練完都會覺得手ˋ便結實但還是下得去撐不起來請問一夏大大伏地挺身需要哪裡的肌肉要怎麼練我不想體適能又被大家笑了我之前體重160cm58公斤我那時撐不起來認為我太胖了現在變瘦了(48KG)還是撐不起來請問各位大大可以��
