大約2個月前我換了新磅數的啞鈴,從原本的10磅增加到23磅,我坐著舉啞鈴,一手一個舉的速度很慢聽說這樣才有效果..我坐著腰挺直90度,大約20下一組舉完後背部脊椎就會很酸,隔天就會有點痛..之前不會是因為練單手的一次20下再換另一手~怎麼會這樣阿??要換個姿勢還是太重了還是...還有這樣會變矮嗎??很擔
