我是男生.......國2升國3的學生~最近買了2個10磅啞鈴跟一個握力器(10~40的)可是.....我不知道該如何使用==跟到底要做幾下~因為我本來力氣就小...啞鈴只能拿5下...就累了...握力器只能到大約25左右~我步之該如何練起~還要補充人麼食物???例如???感謝~(第一次發問...有很多不懂~請原諒)
