想練肌肉,但不希望筋太硬 - 重訓

如題我平常有練腹肌的習慣大概是一個禮拜一次我的菜單是滾輪(站著)12下*3輪躺著抬腿40+30+30還有拿啞鈴練側腹肌及一些手臂的重訓(手的量比較少)因為我平常筋還蠻軟的但每次練完後筋都會變很緊大概要一個多禮拜持續的拉筋才會恢復正常請問有什麼方法可以讓筋可以快一點恢復柔軟度或是要改變訓練
