我現在開始舉啞鈴,我有幾個問題我買了一個八公斤的啞鈴,我之前都拿五六公斤而已我覺得八公斤很重,應該可以幫助我更佳效果吧下面是我做的項目站著舉啞鈴做二頭12*3啞鈴單臂划船12*3伏地挺身15*3想認真成為身材好的男生,這樣是不是不太夠那請問一個啞鈴還可以做哪些動作呢?還有我做完隔天不
