最近我才剛加入啦啦隊還沒開始練是很操的練完隔天整個腰痠背痛伏地挺身還有仰臥起坐每天跑步必練這些我都導致隔天痛得要死每天都要練的請問有哪些方法可以減緩痠痛*樂有效嗎?請告訴我到藥局買那些藥膏!!!或吃啥有用的
