國三...伏地挺身姿勢問題..... - 伏地挺身

平常都有在練習伏地挺身現在大概是50*4或50*5中間休息1半左右但是我看有些人是整個胸部碰觸地面然後挺起來到手臂打直.....再下去但是我的方式是手臂彎下時胸部碰觸到地面再挺起大概一半的距離.....90度左右在下去這種方式會有效果嗎?.....有嘗試過將手臂挺直的做法但似乎比較累.......想請問知道的各
