您好,我是今年畢業的國三生.我很喜愛投球,我大約在國二時有持續做重量訓練ex:伏地體升.啞鈴.跑步.握力.橡膠管...以及大小腿肌肉.目前身高169cm,體重57kg.我現在是用甩臂的方式投球,我覺得速度不錯,也滿好控球的.二縫線尾勁會出來,可是我本身不太喜歡那種球路,說實在的甩臂也不是很帥氣.最近想換成日
