我以前胖胖的去年開始有開始節制飲食+運動到目前瘦了十公斤國三男生身高170體重65體脂百分之14.5雖然有在做無氧運動早餐都吃兩份,午餐,晚餐都正常吃,一天兩千多卡跑不掉但還是最近體重還在掉(大約一個禮拜掉個0.3公斤)體脂肪沒變(少了脂肪以外的東西)但肌力卻好像沒減少體脂肪也沒少那麼多沒有
