我國三身高169cm體重51.6kg別人都說我很瘦但是我是怎麼吃都吃不胖手臂很細(我想變壯-/-)誰能告訴我該如何變壯?跟長高!我不想要看到說吃藥喝東西吃甚麼長高的我想要實用而且簡單的方法仰臥起坐伏地挺身那些我都肯做感謝大大盡量快速回答感恩:(
