我是一個國三男生,我有一個蠻困擾的煩惱每次在學校體育課跑步,總是跑了個2.3圈就支撐不住累死了所以一直脫隊~但是其他同學倒是看起來跑的很順暢==+有的還很輕鬆的樣子哩~"~體育老師要求做的例如伏地挺身.仰臥起坐總是做一下下就不行了....所以我覺得我真的強烈需要加強體能了--+但是我這人是�
