我身高160體重52想練腹肌和胸肌二頭肌也想練所以我有舉2.5公斤的啞鈴我也在意自己的身高請告訴我不會影響身高練肌肉的方法還有如何長高?我籃球一直打不好所以我對籃球不太熱衷我是游泳隊的請幫幫吧謝謝
