我是一個喜歡國術的高一生.每天晚上大約十點左右開始進行一個小時的自我鍛鍊.拉筋.蹓腿.伏地挺身一百下.仰臥起坐兩百下.每個星期天晚上也會去接受三個小時專業教練的拳術棍術指導.已經持續一年多了,雖然肌肉也是有練出來,但感覺上力量還是沒有練出來,每次跟同學比腕力或之類的都是輸多贏少.��
