寒假暑假在家都沒辦法做重訓因為我是打籃球的手臂可以做伏地挺身腿部舉腫和太空椅請問各位如果在家要鍛鍊籃球相關肌肉該怎麼做??然後大約要幾組幾分鐘之類的
