寒假剛開始我想在一個月內訓練1.左手控球能力.上籃.左手單手轉身能力.左邊雙手轉身能力.胯下運球.背後運球.換手運球(crossover)(現在的我連左手把球拋進眶都有問題)2.爆發力(我不想重訓因為我還在長高階段)3.外線投籃準確度4.體能家裡有2顆籃球一組啞鈴每天兩小時請問有人可以幫我做個訓練計畫嗎?
