平常每天舉啞鈴60下伏地挺身80下(下去約5秒)還有腹肌的訓練2組((自己參考排的做到現在至少半年不敢說很壯但是聽人家說不要每天做同樣的不然部位肌肉發展到一定程度便不會繼續成長下去??想說可不可以有人幫我排一份重訓菜單呢??每天的課程都不一樣的然後每次做完應攝取的食物是...??
