我現在國中2年級身高:166CM體重:56KG彈跳能力:可以摸到國中籃框板可摸到290CM(算好嗎?)位置:小前鋒&大前鋒有肌肉.身體碰撞度不錯因為最近開始要放寒假了~~~~~~~所以我想要在寒假期間長高&籃球變強家中有:-----啞鈴.跳繩.籃球--------因為我都是在家裡而且寒假有1個月下學期又要打班際籃球賽所以想增�
